The Insert->Picture->FromFile dialog seems to be very slow when the preview
checkbox is involved and the folder contains large images.

Since the preview size in the dialog is known and is mostly smaller than the
full image size the new "preview size hint" infrastructure from the pngperf CWS
could help to boost the performance in these situations.

@SJ: while you are working on this dialog you should also have a look at what
seems to be an off-by-one error in the preview, which is especially visible for
small image dimensions. E.g. the 3x3 image S03I3P01.png from the famous PngSuite
looks like a 2x2, the 5x5 image S05I3P02.png looks like 4x4, and so on...
