In the OOo 1.0.1 tarball, solenv/bin/zipdel.pl is not executable.  This breaks
the build on Linux at least. The fix is simply

 chmod +x solenv/bin/zipdep.pl

(Note that to fix this in CVS you have to go into the repository: just changing
the permissions on the working file doesn't work.)

VG: please, change the file mask in reposiory

what is the full path to this file in the cvs repository?

The full path is quite easy to find.
"cd" to the root of the repository and
ls -ld */solenv will tell you
tools/solenv
That means, the full path is
tools/solenv/bin/zipdep.pl,v
