The Bitmap tiling of background objects does not work properly:

- create a new Impress document

- assign the water bitmap (with tiling on) to the background page (you are asked
if you want to use this background for all pages -> chose yes)

- assign the water bitmap (with tiling off) to the background page (now you
aren't asked to use this background for all pages -> why ? ) 

and now it is no longer possible to change the background at all
