could not set property 'IsAutomatic'
To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o sw.SwXChapterNumbering::com::sun::star::text::NumberingRules

OD: Due to issue 69522 (regression to OOo 1.1.x) the outline style, which is the
list style used as default for the outline numbering, has to be an automatic
one. Thus, trying to change this attribute for this list style doesn't have any
effect.

Since the behavior is correct this is only a documentation issue now.

set target from 2.x to 3.x according to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
