See bugdoc.

1) Start impress.
2) Use "Vertical Title, Vertical Text" layout. Input one vertical text with very
long words. Now lines break is ok.
3) Saved this bugdoc. Close this bugdoc. Open the bugdoc. Now you can find lines
break is bad, all words is in one lines.

set target from 2.x to 3.x according to
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Target_3x
