Open the posted bugdoc. It is a writer doc with a metafile. Copying this
metafile to draw looks ok. Copying it to another graphic program (IrfanView)
looks bad. The problem ist the converting from metafile to bitmap. Inserting the
screenshot in draw, doing a "break" and the inserting the result into another
program looks much better.
