Changing the current grid is an operation that I perform frequently, but doing
so in Draw is awkward. It would be nice if when the mouse is positioned on a
ruler, that when I roll the mouse wheel that the on each step of the wheel the
grid size was halved or doubled.

Sorry for my bad English :-)
The second way of changing grid that can be useful is P-CAD 200x way: there is
an pull-down list of grids at the bottom of window; new grid spacings can be
entered directly into this list. I have no P-CAD installed on my desktop now, so
please see at screenshot of this list from QT Designer. In their terminology
this can be named "Editable ComboBox". Of course, list of grids should be saved
in document, but this is different feature request and you always have it as
issue 26999.
