Description issues@www 2000-11-01 15:28:49 UTC
It is November 1, 2000, 10.15am eastern time. I made several ( a dozen )
attempts at downloading the xml spec pdf file. Each time the file would start
to download but after 150k to 350k (random) the download would halt and the
time out after several minutes. Any idea as to what the problem is?

Regards

Daniel

We are unable to duplicate, and thus confirm, your problem,
as a number of people have confirmed being able to successfully download this
file a number of times.

Recently,
have you experienced similar problems with files of similar size or format?

Otherwise, please try again.
