The previous one to the last option in standard group, The contents of the 
autotext is Japanese.  
In "only for templates",the contents of the second and the third option is the 
same
some of the font size is too small in the 3rd option of handbook-header 
In business group, the font size of some words is too small

1. Choose Edit --> Autotext.

2. Check Show preview checkbox.

3. Click on prepared Autotext in the list box.

I can confirm that the autotext for TOP (ZBED - "Zahlungsbedingungen" in german)
is in japanese. But I cannot confirm that the two others are identical. They are
very similar, but one of the two has an additional field. If you only insert the
autotext by itself, and none of the other related ones, then those fields are
empty, thus they look like the same. (one contains the H1 field for the title,
the other one only the H2 for the edition of the work)

Not an error in the wordprocessor application itself, but more an error in
translation, thus reassigning.
