Hi,
please ...

- open a (blank) draw or impress document

- open the "Navigator"

- draw any shape

- give the shape a name

- expand the three in the "Navigator": you can see the shape with its name

- change the name of the shape: The tree in the "Navigator" has collapsed.


If more than one tree is open (if the document has more than one page) all trees
are collapsing after changing a object's name.
