Bitmaps can be loaded into com::sun::star:rendering::XBitmap objects via the UNO
API.

There is now the com.sun.star.drawing.XPresenterHelper interface that is a bag
of otherwise missing functionality, among them the loading of bitmaps in a
format understandable by the canvas.  This is, however, a temporary solution.  A
proper interface is still missing.

Setting to fixed because the solution is sufficient for the presenter screen
extension.
