there will be an interim l10n CWS build mid of November with the latest translations delivered by 
October 29th."

This is the current Vietnamese translation for OpenOffice.org: a full translation of the GUI, and more 
than 25% Help translated.

Please download this file as late as possible, as we will continue to update and extend it. At the time of 
filing this issue, the translation was based on milestone m223.
