In the Asian Phonetic Guide dialog, the Alignment always defaults to Left and
the Position to Top.  It would be nice to have a way to set the default to
something else.  (Typically, these settings should be consistent throughout a
document or set of documents, so it's annoying to have to keep resetting them.)
