This issue replaces 2473 and 5988, which has become quite full of attachments, 
comments
etc. The purpose is to provide a single place for request for loading keys for
ssh2-access need for CVS. It may be closed when a task has been carried out and
will be reopend if a new key of an existing or new member is to be added.

Please upload my public key (attached in this issue).
I'm listed in the copyrightapproved-page, my status in the german 
project is "Developer", and I always have cvs-commit-access, but lost 
my key as my computer crashed last week.

Action Plan:
1) Submit internal issue to have key uploaded for server
2) Respond back with an update in this IZ when the key has been
uploaded  for user confirmation and closing of the ticket.
