Repro:
Open attached .odg, click rectangle, Edit - Duplicate
Number of copies - 6,
Angle - 15 degrees
Enlargement - 
  width - 1
  height - 1
OK.
Right-click topmost rectangle - Position and Size.
Width and Height are wrong, angle is not exactly 90 degrees.

I can reproduce the bug in src680m243
When I choose an enlargement of 1 for width and hight I get a rotation of 90.18
for the 'last' object.
Please have a look
