Remove the "source code available now." line and add"

"Build 609 available" and link to the download page.

Goolie, could you put this up? I would like come text on the front page about 
the 609 stuff being available. Just the text "609 source an binary available" 
in the "what's new" section and a link to the downlad should be sufficient
