Steps to Reproduce
1)create a impress.
2)insert->file,select a PPT file,and click Insert,and select"link" and click 
OK.
3)Save the file(default choices).close the file.
4)Open the PPT file,input some words,save the file. 
5)Reopen the ODP file,and click "yes"to update all links.
Actual result 
Pop up a dialog box "the file could not be loaded!),Click OK,We find the 
change could not to be saved.

Set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the bug in dev300m0.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
