Steps to Reproduce
1)create a impress.
2)View->Master->Slide Master,put the cursor in text, and click "Text direction 
from top to bottom"button in text formatting box.

Actual result
I can not change the text direction. what's wrong with it?

I can reproduce the behavior.
In my mind this is an enhancement.
