Step:
1）Create a impress or drawing.
2）Insert->file,select HTML in file type list.
Problem:
I could not find the any *.htm file in Insert File dialog box. But there is 
not the same problem in writer. I can find both html and htm file in writer.
Because open IE and save the file,it's default file name extension is .htm,but 
not html., so if I select the HTML in file type list, I could not find any htm 
file that I need really. Please have a look.

Set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the bug in src680m247.
It works correct in the writer.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
