... so user could easily change the style, for let's say variables, in one 
place, and globally (i.e. for current document, all formulas) -- for new and 
old formulas.

Please note that currently the formula styles can't be listed because there are
no styles at all in Math.

This is a duplicate of one of the following issues (which are duplicates between
