Step to reproduce
1)Start a  impress with two “title text†layout slide.
2)Select the second slide in slides pane, Format->page, click page tab, 
input “10cm†in width and height, and click Ok.
You can find the placeholder “ click to add title†is too large, and there are 
nothing in slides pane.

I can reproduce that the texts are too large but this depends on the fix
fontsize of 44.
What do you mean with "there are nothing in slides pane."?
Could you attach a screenshot to show me the bug?

Ok in the meantime I could reproduce the nothing. 10x10 cm was not small enough.
I need 5x5 cm to see nothing.
Set to new and change the target.
