I can't associate neither odf nor Microsoft Office documents with OOo 3.0

I tried:
1) To set checkboxes in the installator
2) To open with "open with..." menu (when I choose soffice.exe or swriter.exe
nothing happens - no program is added to the list)
3) To edit the registry manually. In this case something strange happens - on
clicking on the document Windows shows 'file not found' error and then opens
file with OOo.
