When working with a large drawing, it is often useful to be able to print only a
small portion of the whole drawing.

Draw already has some capability for this (e.g. tiled printing of a document
larger than the physical page), but this is not adequate, as the user has no
control over how the drawing falls on the paper.

Perhaps a straightforward way to integrate this feature would be to add a "print
current view" option, where the printed output would be a single page that
reproduced the user's current screen view on paper.
