Description Unknown 2002-11-13 00:35:04 UTC
I created a simple presentation in Impress. (17 slides and very simple as the
were all the same format for the first 10 and the last 7 were financial/chart
data. I wrote out the file as PowerPoint 97/2000/XP. When I brought the
slides up on Win95 machine running PowerPoint 97, all the text of the bulleted
items had no form feed. All line items were on the same line and had a
formatting error. I then looked at the Slides Outline and found that not only
was the title correct in the Outline window, but the slide text was completely
there too and it was correctly formatted. Switching over the to the Slide
view window, again, all text was incorrectly formatted. The financial/chart
slides were perfect and had no issues.

Reporter, could you upload a sample file?
Comment 2 wolframgarten 2002-11-13 09:14:53 UTC
Set to new.
Comment 3 wolframgarten 2002-11-13 09:15:14 UTC
Reassigned to Christian.
Comment 4 Unknown 2002-11-13 22:42:42 UTC
I wish I could. It's my business plan so I can't release the
content. I'm going to have to replace the text and check to verify
the issue. Once that works, I will send a copy of it.

I can't reproduce the bug.
Please send me a testdocument or give me a step by step description
how to create such a document.
Comment 6 christian.guenther 2003-01-28 09:51:47 UTC
Changed the target.
Comment 7 christian.guenther 2003-01-31 16:12:07 UTC
I still can't reproduce the bug. Please attach a testdocument to
reproduce the bug.
Comment 8 christian.guenther 2003-04-01 07:02:16 UTC
according to the OS-field the file was created in FreeBSD. I can't
reproduce the bug on other OS (Win, Sols, Lin). Please have a look if
you can reproduce the bug on FreeBSD.

Too late for beta2, re-targeted to 1.1 RC.
Comment 10 michael.bemmer 2003-05-06 16:14:01 UTC
Sorry, my last comment was nonsense, I didn't want to re-target this one.
Comment 11 Martin Hollmichel 2003-05-08 13:32:00 UTC
since bug example is missing, we can't make it for Beta2.

please check if issue still occur in the beta2 release.
