+1 from me to upload his key.

Olivier is one of the very good students from Ecole Centrale Nantes (France) who
joined the project. He's working (with his colleague Frédéric Gelot), on
Impress, adding new features, mainly with the Tablet PC. After some times
working with him +the help from Thorsten Behrens, it appears Olivier has got a
good C++ and open sources tools knowledge, and was able, to write code for OOo
very fastly. 

Thus, I myself suggested Olivier ( and Frédéric too) to ask for commit rights (
this is the first step).
