If "snap lines visible" is not selected, but "snap to snap lines" is selcted
snapping to snap lines does not work.

One always has to turn on the visibility of the snap lines. This is very
annoying, because e.g. lines that are near or on the snap line are not
selectable by a single click anymore, forcing the user to very often switch the
visibility of the snap lines.

I checked with "Ooo 3.0.0 (DE) Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO300m9
(Build9358)]" and can confirm the reported effect. It is at least inconsistent
that snap point function will remain if snap points are switched "invisible",
but snap line function becomes inactive.
help only says "Shows or hides snap lines ...", nothing about active 7 inactive 

Same function with "2.4.1  Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m17(Build9310)]".

Function as desired with "1.1.4 (German) WIN XP: [645m52 (Build 8824)]"
