File - New - Templates and documents 
 - Click "Samples"
[Note that Office must have some samples listed here, OOo does not have them by
default whereas StarOffice does]
 - Click "Text Documents"
 - Click "Brochure"
-> Dialog appears "Document is locked by Unknown user".

Same with all Calc, Impres, etc. samples
Seen on Linux and Solaris, not reproducible on Windows.

SBA->MAV: As discussed, probably broken in DEV300_m39 by file locking rework.

Set keyword "regression". Put TM and JSK on c/c.

I had some strange locking when I first used m4.
But when I removed the m3 userprofile, it worked fine.
So I didn't note the text in the dialog box.

There was a problem with correct recognizing of read-only files in local file
systems.
