This file can be open with Excel 97. No password setting.
When this file is open by OO, an error is reported, saying that the file is 
password protected.

The attached document has a sheet protection => the document is 
crypted and can't be read by OpenOffice without knowing the algorythm 
(and this is a secret by MS)
