I was sent a password-protected XLS file by a colleague. Open Office 
Spreadsheet 1.1.0 says "Error loading document. File (filename): Read-Error. 
This file is password protected."  The file opens immediately in Microsoft 
Excel; it is made read-only automatically.  I really think Open Office should 
handle password-protected files the same way if at all possible.

What's about using 'Find an Issue' with Spreadsheet as component and
password as keyword for the summary field.

This will lead you to Issue 402 which this one is a double too.
