When working on a spreadsheet, some DATE formatted cells fails to keep the MONTH
correctly, i mean, when saving a spreadsheet to excel format, containing a cell
with date 5/13 (for May 13), Excel then, reads 4/31 (April 13?). This happened
afterwards too, when opening a Excel spreadsheet in Openoffice that contained a
02/14/2001, Openoffice showed a 03/14/2001.
