With tracked changes, OO Writer counts all words (including deleted) words into
document statistics. In provided sample there are 4 words written without
tracking, 5 words deleted with tracking and 5 words added. 
If tracked changes aren't shown, total count of words should be 9, as word
counts them.
If track changes are shown, Word also shows 14 words in this document, but I
think it is wrong. I'd prefer 9 anyway (or option - show tracked deletions or not).
