Impossible to open a password protected Excel file.

Hi Joachim,

this is not a bug ! The encrytion Algorythm is an secresat by
Microsoft and they do not provide us with it. So we can't open such
Excel files.

Also this is a double to Issue 402 and the priority is much to high.
Prio 1 means the whole Application is gone.
