When I try to open some .xls documents I will get the error:

Error loading document(c:\document name)
Read-Error.
This file is password-protected.

I have no problems opening the file in Microsoft Office.
can you help.

Hi Jim,

we can't help, because we do not know the encrytion / decryption
algorythm from Microsoft.

Also this is a double to Issue 402.

Hi Jim,
The error box saying "password protected" is misleading, the document
is encrypted internally, not password protected.
The encryption is caused by workbook protection (in Excel:
Tools|Protection|Workbook).
