When I attempted to load an Excel spreadsheet (created in either Excel 97 or
2000), I got the following error:

Read-Error: This file is password-protected.

I was well-aware that the file was password-protected, but I can load it in
Excel, but not on my machine (Linux 2.4.19, LFS 3.1).

So, OOo has to be modified so that it can password-protect documents and load
documents that have been password-protected by other programs...
